Founded by Sizwe Mdaka, MAGC Occupational Therapists embodies a vision of transformative, compassionate care. Sizwe’s journey began at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, where he earned his occupational therapy degree. His early career as a community service therapist exposed him to diverse patient needs, shaping his holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Gaining expertise in both public and private sectors, Sizwe specialized in functional capacity evaluations, medico-legal assessments, and wellness programs. Recognizing gaps in accessible, client-centered care, he launched MAGC Occupational Therapists —an independent practice expanding to Brits, Potchefstroom, Witbank, Middelburg, and Pretoria.

Today, MAGC Occupational Therapists thrives with a team of six on-call therapists, offering services from mental health support to corporate wellness programs. Sizwe’s focus on mental well-being and workplace resilience has made MAGC a trusted partner for mines, hospitals, and businesses.

More than a practice, MAGC is a movement—rooted in empathy, innovation, and community impact. Sizwe’s journey from graduate to entrepreneur reflects his unwavering mission: empowering lives through occupational therapy.
