To ensure personalized attention and a close-knit environment, each group is limited to a small number of participants, with two sessions available per Day.

The Transition Group (For Ex-Patients)

Who it's for:

Individuals transitioning from inpatient care, intensive therapy programs, or hospitalization back into daily community life.

Focus:

Reinforcing coping skills, building daily structure, managing triggers, and creating a sustainable wellness plan.

Every Tuesday, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Option B:

Every Thursday, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

The Wellness Maintenance Group (For Out-Patients)

Who it's for:

Those currently engaged in ongoing outpatient therapy who are looking for additional peer support to complement their individual treatment.

Focus:

Sharing challenges and successes in a safe space, practicing skills learned in therapy, and building accountability.

Every Wednesday, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Option B:

Every Friday, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

For School Learners - Ages 16-18

Who it's for:

Teenagers navigating the pressures of academics, social dynamics, family life, and future planning.

Focus:

Developing healthy coping strategies for anxiety and stress, improving communication skills, building self-esteem, and fostering resilience.

Young Adults (Ages 21 - 35):

No. This is a peer-support group facilitated by professionals. It is an excellent complement to individual therapy but does not replace personalized treatment from a psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor.

That is completely normal. You are never forced to share. You are welcome to just listen until you feel comfortable. Many members start this way and gradually become more involved as they feel safer.

Yes, to ensure safety for all, we uphold strict rules of confidentiality, respect, and non-judgment. These are outlined in the first session and include guidelines about respecting others' sharing time and maintaining privacy about who is in the group and what is shared.

We offer a free 15-minute consultation call to help you decide if the group is right for you. Due to the intimate nature of our groups, we ask that you commit to at least 3 sessions to give the process a fair chance, as trust and rapport take time to develop.
